As a family of 5 boys and 1 girl, there was always something happening at the Ronca residence. The owner of Reliance, Ron, along with his two brothers, Pat and Wayne, always found themselves tinkering, fixing, and building throughout their childhoods. Entering adulthood, all three went into various trades to pursue what they’ve always been good at. They continued to develop their skills through work and assisting friends and family with construction and repair needs. Ron took the approach of learning leadership and behind-the-scenes business knowledge while running operations and a fleet of various vehicles and equipment at a paving and sealcoating company.
Now, working together, they each bring their own specialty to Reliance. Following in his father’s footsteps, Wayne’s son, Damien, also joins them with his own set of skills. For more information regarding specific services, please visit our services page here.
