Our Story
Built on experience. Rooted in family.
After 14 years working in the trades, Ron Ronca founded Reliance Contracting & Services in 2025 with a simple idea: homeowners deserved a better contracting experience.
Growing up in Norristown as one of six kids, Ron was always building, fixing, and figuring out how things worked. Today, he brings that same hands-on approach to Reliance alongside his brothers Pat and Wayne and nephew Damien.
Together, the family brings decades of experience across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and remodeling—with the skill to tackle jobs big and small, and the belief that every one deserves to be done right.

How Reliance gives back.
Reliance was built to serve the community—not just through our work, but beyond the job site. We dedicate one day each month to community service and make it easy for our customers to join us through the Reliance Gives Back referral program.
We’re animal lovers, too. After fostering a dog named Sesame and helping her find her forever home, we’re looking forward to fostering more dogs and finding new ways to support animals in need.
